About us

Refinance Bridging Loan is a finance arranger and introducer helping people refinance or exit an existing bridging loan, whether that means a rebridge, a remortgage onto a standard mortgage, or development exit finance. We arrange finance through a panel of lenders and introduce regulated cases to an authorised partner; we are not a lender.

Finance is indicative, and regulated status depends on your case

Any rates or terms quoted are indicative only and subject to lender approval, valuation and status. Refinance Bridging Loan is a trading name of Lenzie Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 08174104, registered office Lynch Farm, Kensworth, Dunstable, LU6 3QZ. We are a finance arranger and introducer, not a lender, and we do not provide financial, legal or tax advice. Bridging finance falls into two categories and we treat them differently. Regulated bridging, where the loan is secured on a property that you or an immediate family member occupy or will occupy, is a regulated mortgage contract; for these cases we introduce you to a firm that is directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and that firm carries out the regulated activity and gives any required advice. Unregulated bridging, on commercial, investment, buy-to-let and refurbishment property, falls outside the FCA's regulated-mortgage perimeter and we arrange it directly. We are not directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority ourselves. Where a case is regulated we will always tell you and route it to an authorised partner. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
